Claims Information
In the event that your cargo has been lost or damaged in transit, it will be necessary to advise us immediately. Please email us at rklamb@lambagencies.com with your name, telephone number, email address , the location of your damaged goods, your insurance certificate number, the name of your insurance company, copy of the original b/l , commercial invoice, survey report taken at the country of destination, exceptions issued by the carrier.For auto shipments, we will require conditions report taken at the time of loading and any outturn reports issued by the s/s company. Estimates for the cost of repair should also be included.
